Want a refund? Reach our Customer Support team within 30 days of your purchase and tell us why you’re requesting one. 

Send your refund request through the Submit a request form, and include your account email address so we can find your account.

Important Refund Notes:

• Credit Card Disputes: Once you dispute the charge with your bank, we can’t issue a refund, and the matter may take months to settle. Give us a chance to help you directly first. 
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
